RESEARCH PROJECTS Biomaterials based on chitosan

January2012 – present,Sumy State University, Ukraine

This project focuses on synthesis and evaluation of new biomaterials for medical application.Three types of materials have been made by our group–for skin treatment,bone grafting and for enterosorbtion.We employ both physical (X-ray diffraction,IR-spectroscopy) and biological (cell culture and animal experiment) methods to study these materials
